You obviously don’t agree with the spending cut here; but what would you propose your Honorable Legislature do in order to cut spending in this time of strained budgets and lower revenues? Just keep spending… I do not believe this is the first area they are do to cut. If the money isn’t there, you don’t have it to spend.
